As Kuyucak Textile, we invest in the future with environmentally friendly and sustainable production processes. Through our recycled yarn production, we repurpose textile production waste, protecting nature and using resources efficiently.
In our modern facilities, we produce 1,000 tons of recycled yarn per month using the open-end rotor spinning method.
Over the last 30 years, we have made significant contributions to the environment by producing 100,000 tons of recycled yarn.
In line with our sustainability principles, we use a GES (Solar Energy System) to meet our energy needs. By utilizing green energy sources in our production processes, we reduce our carbon footprint. Our recycling process is documented to international standards with our GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificate.
